Access is provided to this Website in accordance with the Conditions set out here below. Any use of this Website including orders placed by You will be subject to these Conditions.

4. Online orders
4.1. Order Acceptance
4.1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with Our Order Acceptance Policy.
4.1.2. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in Our power to do so, to keep the details of Your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on Our part We cannot be held liable for any loss You may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data You provide.
4.1.3. All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability.
4.2. Contract creation and electronic contracting
4.2.1. The technical steps required to create the contract between You and Us are as follows:
a) You place the order for Your Product(s) on the Website by clicking the Place Order button on the Payment page of the checkout process;
b) You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website;
c) Payment will be taken prior to dispatch of the goods from Our distribution centre;
e) We will send You an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the Products You have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Us. If You are placing an order through Our web customer services team by telephone, fax or post because You do not have an e-mail address we will send a written order acknowledgement letter to Your billing address through the post;
f) Our acceptance of Your order will only take place upon dispatch of the Product(s) ordered.

4.3. Order Cancellation & Amendment
4.3.1. If You order from Us You have the right to cancel Your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods (7 working days for Sale items). We cannot accept cancellations after this period. Refunds and cancellations can only be requested by the Purchaser.
4.3.2. Recipients of any delivery are entitled to a replacement if goods arrive damaged. If a refund is required and the order has been shipped the order will have to be returned to Us. Once We have received the goods the Purchaser will be refunded. If an order has not been shipped the order can be cancelled prior to Your card being charged.
4.3.3. If You wish to amend or cancel Your order You must contact Us as soon as possible after Your order has been placed. Orders are normally processed swiftly so we may have already packaged Your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to You. In these circumstances it will not be possible to amend or cancel Your order. Additionally, we cannot always stop Your order from being dispatched. If Your order is delivered and You wish to return it, You will have 14 days from date of delivery to do so (please see our Returns Policy for further details).

4.4.1. With regard to any contract for the purchase of Products from Our Website all prices and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering Your order onto Our system. The total cost of Your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Website. 4.7. Delivery Information/Timing
4.7.1. Please note Orion London cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and time so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Mainland UK and 14 working days for Non-Mainland UK and International delivery unless alternative dates are stated in the product description, this is subject to goods being in stock and you should allow for a longer delivery time during the Christmas and sale periods. We are unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame.
The term "Non-Mainland UK" includes the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

4.7.4.1 Orion London cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
4.8. Returns Policy & How to Return or Exchange
4.8.1. 1 The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website
4.8.1.2 Any unsuitable items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Orion London. Orion London will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size and colour subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. 4.8.1.3 Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
4.8.1.4. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that
discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund
will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must
also be returned if you are returning those goods.

4.8.1.5 We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method
of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot
be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
4.8.1.6 Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
4.8.1.7 The goods must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
4.8.1.8 You must return the item to us on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us we reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by us in recovering the goods, from any refund you are owed.

How do we remove your name from our database?
